What is Workgroup?
We run events, in our “workgroup” format, for General Counsel, CPOs & HRDs, CMOs and CFOs.
The day mixes small discussion groups, led by the attendees themselves, with panels on the biggest topics in your world, with maximum attendance capped at 60–80.

CFOIt’s a unique environment. It’s new for me, and I’d like to do more of this. There’s something really valuable about stepping away from your day-to-day work and speaking with others who face similar challenges.
CMOInspiring, enlightening, therapeutic and funny in equal measures. It was refreshing to hear so many open, passionate and transformative voices. And even better with the added ‘therapy’ sessions.
CFOThis is the only CFO event I attend. Conferences are often tedious, but this is actually quite fun. Everyone gets a chance to be involved and talk through things, as opposed to being talked at.
HRWorkgroup HR provided an opportunity to connect with fellow HR leaders and explore the topics we’re all grappling with. We discussed important topics chosen by HRDs — all without the slightest hint of anyone touting for business!
HRIt’s about HRDs bringing their own challenges and being able to share what they’re doing and pick the brains of others. Every single conversation is pitched exactly at the right level.

About Workgroup
Workgroup was built on a fairly obvious idea that still gets ignored: behind every C-suite job title is a real person with more going on than their email signature suggests.
Our events are not built around standing awkwardly near an exhibition stand wishing you were literally anywhere else. They are built around small group discussions with other people doing the same job, navigating the same pressures, politics and weird bits that would never make it into a keynote at ExCeL.
